Pricing questions

Why is there a range instead of a fixed price?
Every regulated team has a different mix of products, release types, and complexity. A team managing 10 hotfixes a year has different needs than a team managing 50 major upgrades. We quote within that range after a 15-minute discovery call so you don't overpay for features you don't need.
What counts as a "release"?
A release is any distinct version that moves through your DEV, VAL, or PROD gates. A hotfix counts as one release. A major upgrade counts as one release.
Do you charge per user?
No. On the Growth and Enterprise tiers, you can invite your entire QA, engineering, and product teams at no extra cost. The Starter tier has a cap of 10 users to accommodate smaller teams.
Is there a discount for early adopters?
Yes. We offer a limited "Founding Customer" discount for our first 10 clients in exchange for detailed feedback and a public case study. Ask about it during your demo.
